This group is for people struggling to carry the psychological and somatic burden of living in a world that often feels deeply broken. Facilitated by a licensed therapist and a somatic practitioner, we offer a container for processing the collective wounds inflicted by oppressive power structures, ongoing atrocities, and corporate exploitation. We’ll explore how global events live not just in our minds, but in our nervous systems and bodies - and how witnessing injustice can quietly dismantle our sense of safety, meaning, and agency.
This is a place to be witnessed in your full experience of grief and to find that you’re not alone in carrying it. This group is for adults experiencing anxiety, anger, or existential distress connected to the state of the world who want a structured, therapeutic space to process those experiences alongside others. Each group meeting offers a space for processing as a group followed by a somatic yoga practice.
